Bullit de Peix by Torres brothers
Dear Foodies, as It’s well known, the local dish par excellence is the Bullit de Peix and have talked earlier about the best restaurants to go to taste it. But this time was the famous Torres brothers, Sergio and Javier, who have decided to prepare this recipe in its program on TVE1, “Torres en la cocina”, but of course adding their personal touch to the traditional recipe as they used to in its previous “Cocina2.”
For us it is a pride that they decided to open the season presenting the Ibizan recipe of Bullit de Peix. As they said they are inspired by their gastronomic trips to make their dishes afterwards, and this means these two great chefs have fallen in love with Ibizan cuisine.
