Next 25th of March, the second professional meeting between local producers and professionals from the catering and commerce sector will be celebrated at the Cultural Center of Jesus.

An event that tries to reconnect the local field and sea with the table.

The event will take place between 11:30 and 14:00, during this time you can enjoy an exhibition of products shown by their producers. You can also taste a series of traditional and innovative dishes based on Ibiza products

Ca n’Alfredo: sofrit pagès.
Cana Ribes: borrida de ratjada.
Curry Club: Ibizan curried lamb.
The French Catering: Burrito Ibicenco style with sobrasada and honey.
Marga Orell: Toasted almond artisan ice cream.


This event is an opportunity for gastronomy professionals to know Ibiza’s most emblematic products, those that have been handed down generation after generation and whose aromas and flavors have been recorded in the collective memory of the Ibizan people and constitute one of the essential elements of their culture.
