Recipe of squids stew with potatoes
Summer season has arrived and the products of the coast are much more present in Spain. It’s time to go to the beach, to eat more fish, seafood … and the squids are always one of the most demanded dishes in restaurants and bars, especially in this summer season.
There is a great variety of dishes with squids, but one of the most traditional and nutritious is the squids stew with potatoes.
- 2 Cuttlefish
- 1/2 red pepper
- 1/2 green pepper
- 1 chives
- 1/2 tomato
- 2 potatoes
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 glass of white wine
- A pinch of yellow dye, a bay leaf, a pinch of paprika
First we squeeze the pepper and pull it apart. With the oil of the pepper, we take the pieces of sepia and remove it.
On the other hand, saute the potatoes chopped with garlic, tomato and paprika, and after stirring, add the already made pepper, bay leaf, salt, and add water to cook for 20 minutes.
Once cooked add the cuttlefish, parsley and chives to heat it along with all the stew.
