For all the barbecue and reggae lovers, here comes “Rhythm & Roast”! This weekly event features local DJs playing Balearic rhythms, funk, soul and hip hop. This weekend they perform Reggae with the famous DJ EASE, creator of the label and group Nightmares on Wax.

The Sunday Roast is a typical British roast: grilled meat (beef, lamb, pork and chicken) or nut roast for vegetarians who come with grilled crispy potatoes, vegetables, red cabbage, cauliflower gratin and Yorkshire pudding.

Specialized in smoked meats, they have a special BBQ oven (that weigh more than a ton). It works with woods like olives and cooks the meat for hours, acquiring a smoky flavor.

The meats that are used are: the brisket (beef breast), the pulled pork shoulder, the memphis ribs and the shoulder ribs that are usually accompanied by coleslaw (cole salad), Mac & Cheese, Cowboy Beans, crunchy onion rings, curled potatoes, etc. Other typical dishes are: crispy southern style chicken (a kind of KFC but made with chicken and their own batter) and also their popular homemade burgers.
