We know the importance of staying hydrated during the hot months and now, with the arrival of summer begin the doubts of what to drink. If you do not want to give up enjoying a good tea, today we bring you three healthy cold tea recipes for you to make yourself at home.


Raspberries with lime


Green tea in bulk or in sachets

2 cups of fresh raspberries

Sugar to taste

The juice of 4 limes

2 cups of water

1 slice of lemon or lime to decorate

The first thing we need is to boil the raspberries in a saucepan, add the juice of four limes and the sugar (this can also be done at the end). When the raspberries begin to expel all their juice add the tea bags. Let the mixture stand for about ten minutes and strain the mixture.

Once it is ready, let cool or serve in a cup of ice. Add a slice of lemon or lime as a decorative mode.


Homemade chai tea with coconut milk


2 1/2 cups of water

1 anise star

Cinnamon to taste

5 whole cloves

5 whole black peppercorns

5 cardamom pods

1/4 ginger

4 spoons of loose leaves of black tea or tea bags

3 cups of coconut milk

The preparation of this tea is as simple and fast. Put the water in a saucepan and add all the spices. We take it to the boiling point and add the coconut milk so that it takes the flavor of the spices. Chai tea has a very intense flavor, if you do not like it strongly do not leave the mixture on fire for more than ten minutes.

Once the mixture is prepared, strain the tea and let it cool.


Chamomile with ginger and citrus 


½ L of water3 bags of chamomile (or 10 g in bulk)

¼ very thin rolled ginger root1 lemon,

1 lime, 1 orange (all seasonal citrus fruit)

Sugar to taste

The first thing we need is to boil chamomile and ginger in a bowl of water. While this reaches the boiling point, we squeeze the juice of each citrus. Once we have the infusion, we strain the tea and add the juice prepared. We cut some slices of the fruit that we like the most, put them in the cup to decorate, and it’s ready! It is advisable to let stand at room temperature.As you can see, all recipes are quite quick to elaborate.

A trick so that the tea does not run out and keep all the flavor is to add the ice cubes in a larger container and then introduce our cup or glass of tea.
