We Are Face Food will gather 9 Michelin stars and 5 soles Repsol

Face Food Magazine, the gastronomic guide born in Ibiza in 2015, presents ‘We are FaceFood’: an event that will bring together 4 internationally recognized chefs (Albert Adrià, Yayo Daporta, Miguel Rocha Vieira and Rafael Zafra), who together make up 9 Michelin stars and 5 Repsol soles) with 23 premium gastronomic brands and professionals from the catering sector in the Pitiusas. The event will take place on March 9 from 11:00 to 18:00 at Agroturismo Atzaró.

“With this day, we intend to promote idyllic environment for learning and networking: that the catering professionals of Ibiza and Formentera know first hand who is behind each brand and each restaurant and that this will generate new positive alliances “, explains Jesús Trujillo, director of Face Food Mag. We Are Face Food is born with the same philosophy as the gastronomic publication: “show the personal side of the chefs and restorers, because behind each project there is a personal story that is what really makes the difference”, adds Trujillo.

The event will be held in the Atzaró Agrotourism gardens and the 23 Premium national brands that participate (among which Estrella Damm, Triticum, Josper, Articcrab, Caviar Paris 1925, Marine Plankton, Gin Mare …), will have their own stands where they will show their products and receive the attendees. In addition, ‘We are Face Food’ will feature the presentations of chefs Albert Adrià (4 Michelin stars and 3 Repsol suns), Yayo Daporta (1 Michelin star obtained in the restaurant that bears his name); Miguel Rocha Vieira, who, in addition to being the Portuguese chef with the most Michelin stars (3 in total), participates as a jury in the Portuguese edition of the television program “Master Chef”; and Rafael Zafra (1 Michelin star and 2 Repsol soles), owner of Estimar restaurant and executive chef of Heart Ibiza.

The entry to the event is free for professionals in the Horeca sector (catering, hotels and restaurants). However, the places are limited, so it is essential to request accreditation by sending an email at acreditaciones@facefoodmagazine.com before the 2 day of March 2018.
