XI Edition of Menú Restaurat
This week the XI Edition of the Gastronomic Contest dedicated to the local Ibiza produce, Restaurat, starts its eleventh edition in Sant Antoni de Portmany. This popular event marks the end of the summer season and welcomes autumn and winter, where you can also enjoy with family and friends the wide gastronomic offer of Sant Antoni for a very affordable price.
This edition pays tribute to the lamb and its different types of cooking elaboration: baked, stuffed, boneless, carpaccio, curry, or in the multitude of versions offered by the chefs of the 17 restaurants participating this year.
The perfect plan for both residents and visitors who wish to taste original dishes with Ibicencan touches. For only 19 Euros each restaurant will offer an intricate and well prepared menu composed of of first course, main course and dessert (drinks apart).
A professional jury will also visit each venue and after tasting the menu, they will decide by scoring, which venue is awarded as the winner of the contest of this eleventh edition.
