Good weather is coming back again the only thing we want is to to enjoy every sunbeam that comes out. That’s why we propose you 5 easy recipes in tupper that you can eat sitting on a bench looking at the sea during your meal time at work.
Now, most of us prefer to bring healthy food from home then eating at the daily menu at some restaurant next to the office. Tupper food can be exquisite, let’s cook!
1. CHICKEN CURRY
2 chicken breasts
1 clove of garlic
3 tablespoons of tomato sauce
1 spoon of curry spice
1 spoon of ground cumin
Cream for cooking
Salt and Pepper
In a frying pan heat a little bit of oil and start to fry the onion with the garlic. Then add the tomato sauce and finally the species. When your sauce is made, incorporate, high heating, the chopped chicken until it is browned.

2. MEXICAN PASTA SALAD

Let the pasta cook and prepare the dressing. Chop the onion and the pepper and add the corn, the beans. Once the pasta is made, pour it in a bowl with all the other ingredients and sprinkle a stream of oil, lemon juice, salt and honey.
Mix until all the elements are integrated and put it in your tupper!
3. ZUCCHINI OMELETTE
Salt and olive oil
Heat the pan with olive oil and add chopped chives. When they’re transparent add the chopped zucchini and let it cook on slow cooking. It is important that in this step remove the remaining oil from your pan before adding the beaten eggs to make the tortilla.
Depending on your taste, you can leave the tortilla more or less curd, personally we like it more when the zucchini tortilla is juicy.
