The worst we can do is to open the fridge befor to go to sleep. This list won’t surprise you but keep it in your mind.
Dark chocolate has a lot of caffeine. Just a small piece of it will awake your mind, you’ll feel less tired and it’s not the best way to go to sleep.
The message is clear… No chocolate and no coffee at all!! It’s just a little bit contradictory before to have a coffee before bed time.
3. Alcohol Drinks
Don’t worry, you can keep having your glass of wine for dinner but don’t drink much more. Your body will not rest rhe same with or without alcohol in blood.
No sweets, sweet dreams. Sugar gives nightmares and you´ll wake up in the middle of the night. Avoid every kind of sweets.
5. Red Meat
Proteins in red meat are to heavy for your digestion. Your stomach will burn all night and it won’t be funny at all.
