The Alioli with bread and olives is one of the picoteos typical of Ibiza, there is no place where you go that you can not see it. Something as simple and tasty but not available to everyone, such as vegan or eggs allergics, so we have redone this recipe so everyone can enjoy the most typical appetizer.
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Fresh parsley
- A little of bread
- Olive oil
First we will whiten the garlic leaving them a few minutes in hot water, with this we enhance the flavor of the garlic besides softer and we get a better texture to make the mixture.
Crush the garlic slowly adding the oil, until a good consistency.
On the other hand let the bread stand for a few minutes on a little warm water only for it to acquire a whiter texture.
Once the garlic with the oil, we will mix it with the bread, then we add the touch of the lemon and the salt, and the parsley, and we mix everything.
The Alioli is very simple to prepare, in addition to being tasty it is very nutritious, and has properties very rich for health, like vitamin E helping the circulatory system. Among its benefits is the care of the skin helping to process carbohydrates, strengthen hair, skin and nails .. and for this summer is perfect for it, it is also potentiator of metabolism so it takes care so much outside as well as inside.
