The experience that Sa Brisa proposes, has as reference the Ibicencan gastronomic culture and the old traditions, with plates as characteristic as the ‘bullit de peix’. Today we want to highlight the classics of Sa Brisa’s menu that you have to try!
We start with the croquettes or “croquettes tree”.
The “plate” consists of 6 units, 2 of each kind and they are very filling. The presentation is definitely very interesting and original!
This dish requires from you to eat with your hands and to combine the croquettes of different flavors with their respective sauces. During our visit we tried the croixes of bullit de peix, rabbit with garlic and broccoli with green curry. The sauces were: creamy potato, yogurt, and alli oli with parsley.
The second dish, that is also a signature of Sa Brisa, are the yucca churros with sobrasada ibicenca made of “porc negre”.
A very curious combination of flavors that simulates the typical fair churros with a signature touch. Take note, that the sobrasada is 100% from Ibiza!
And it’s time for one of the icons of Sa Brisa’s cuisine: The Squid Hot Dog with kimchi, lime mayonnaise and dehydrated bonito.
The taste and presentation are simply amazing. We love the originality and creativity of chef Gonzalo Aranguez and his team.
And as a dessert, to end the meal with a sweet taste, we encourage you to try the CocoBanna.
Chocolate in its purest state, with a combination of textures and flavors that complement each other perfectly.
