A diet with detoxifying foods helps you to eliminate the toxic residues that day by day are accumulating in our organism. The preparation of ‘detox’ shakes or smothies will be the perfect add to complete a purifying diet and start the summer with the body free of impurities.
Today we propose 3 recipes to elaborate a drinks that without being caloric, they contribute energy, and they are healthy for your organism.
Pineapple and ginger shake
- 4 slices of natural pineapple,
- ½ cup of rice drink,
- A teaspoon of grated ginger coffee.
We put all the ingredients in the blender and ready to go!
Properties: Pineapple has many diuretic properties thanks to its papain content, it helps us mainly to digest proteins, which is why it is one of the few fruits that are recommended after meals. Ginger, makes a smoothie very suitable for those spring or midsummer colds .
Spinach, apple and celery smoothie
- 1 apple (golden if you like more sweet or green if you prefer more acid)
- A small bunch of fresh spinach
- A branch of celery without leaves
- Water, to taste
Clean the vegetables well, beat all the ingredients in the blender and you’re ready to enjoy!
Cranberry and Red Berry Shake
- Glass of blueberries or fresh red berries,
- Juice of a lemon
- 1 glass of vegetable milk or coconut water.
We beat all the ingredients in a blender and we take it at room temperature or cool.Properties: antioxidants, antifungal, depurative and protective of the urinary tract.
