Estado Puro Ibiza: 2016 season opening

Paco Roncero is back in the island and better than ever to present the new season at Estado Puro restaurant at Hard Rock Hotel Ibiza.

In Ibiza Foodie we had the opportunity to assist for another year to the opening of the new season of Estado Puro Ibiza and check out what’s new for this year, with Paco Roncero as head of this tapas restaurant where tradition and innovation merge into the same concept.


During the presentation, in the words of the awarded with 2 Michelin Stars and 3 Repsol Suns: “The art of tapas is one of the most extended dishes in Spanish culture and thus we research to offer diners the greatest tapas always with innovation and experimentation, and most important respecting its roots.”

Paco Roncero as always, he remains faithful to the concept of “creative renewal of Tapas”.

The event took place at the Estado Puro restaurant, located in the Hard Rock Hotel, where every year the number of guests has been increasing and this season 2016 is projected to be the best year so far.

Moreover, the opening party was a success, a magical night full of surprises with performances by various artists, and of course accompanied by the best tapas, wines and cocktails offered regularly in Estado Puro. There was no guest that would not be completely conquered by the variety and quality of products as well as the charming and attentive service during the whole event.
