It’s time to learn a little bit more about the kitchen of Estado Puro Ibiza., it’s time to learn more about Fernando Saugar García.
On one side, it’s not always easy to be the representative of Paco Roncero style, you must respect the philosophy, follow the rules and understand the concept of the restaurant above everything. One the other side, and the most important part, to give to the guest the taste they’re looking for.
You can think is a hard work but for a Chef such as Fernando, it’s easier thanks to his experience and
professionalism. Finalist of high cuisine competitions, his technique is almost perfect.
Actually, sometimes at home, he prepares dishes from the restaurant so he can comfortably study the composition and try to improve the “final touch”
Out of the kitchens of Estado Puro, Fernando loves to prepare outstanding dinners with friends, whoever his mother doesn’t let him cook because he’s tough with her, she said.
What he loves the best is to say to his friends that the best way to stop crying cutting onions is to bite a cork…”See how your friends bites to cork harder and harder thinking that it works while they’re crying like babies is priceless”, he said.
