How to make Mayonnaise | IbizaFoodie
There’re two kinds of Foodies: those who buy supermarket mayo and thos who prefere homemade mayo.
You’re right, the industrial mayonnaise is tasty and the preservation is really good in cold. But the truth is that homemade Mayo is much more tasty 😉
Don’t worry… It’s easy!
– 1 Egg
– Soft olive oil
– Mixer with it’s recipient (thin and long)
Place the eggs in the recipient, add vinegar (balsamic, if you want), small tea spoon of salt and finally add olive oil, sufficient olive oil.
Stick the mixer at the bottom of the recipient and start mixing without moving it. When you see that the mayo is taking, move up and down the mixer!
PS: If the mayo is too liquid, add olive oil without stirring to it.
