Ibiza’s government is writing new qualities regulations about the use of the brand “Sobrassada d’Eivissa”.
If we want to speak about the “Sobrasado d’Eivissa”, we must check three basics requirements: the diet, features of the pig and the way to produce.
1. The pig can’t be killed under the age of 8 months, or with less than 130kg. And the pig must have grown up in Ibiza for at least 5 months.
