More than 50 restaurants participate in the gastronomic days of spring Organized by the Island Council and Pimeef, this event celebrates the island’s most emblematic dishes, such as ‘bullit de peix’ and ‘sofrit pagès’ as well as its certified brands such as local red prawns, lobster, ‘sobrasada’ (sausage) and ‘flaó’ (typical typical cheesecake with minttypical cheesecake with mint).
You can choose menus at 35 euros, including local wine, as well as tapas at 5 euros, including a glass of wine or a beer. An opportunity to enjoy the cuisine of Ibiza in the most spectacular beaches on the island, in centenarian farmhouses, in the market or even listening to live concerts.
