Snacks must have these properties:

These are some healty snacks you can make at home:
1. Integral bread toasts with tomato and 20gr of fresh cheese. Rich in proteins and fiber with less than 120 Kcalories. Add some ham if you want over it.
2. Nuts: eat around 15 almonds with a glass of water. It’s quite rude but you’ll feel full.
3. Nuts salad with yoghurt. It’s refreshing and full of nutrients.
4. Banana or strwaberry milkshake with skimmed milk.
5. Fruit, your favorite one
With these 5 snacks you can push aside chocolate snacks and cookies… And never stop drinking water!!
