La Dispensa welcomes the 2018 season

La Dispensa welcomes the 2018 season on Friday, March 23rd, with a gastronomic proposal that does not give up on tradition, offering a tantalizing mix of contemporaneity and classicism.

In addition to a varied menu, at La Dispensa you will find 4 different spaces, each one with its own personality and unique decoration, four beautiful reformed Ibizan houses that stretch along the Santa Cruz Street in Dalt Vila.


“La Madre” as the name suggests, is the original room, a room decorated in such a way that it takes diners back in time, to the old pantries of the country houses that abounded in Tuscany. “La Cueva” is the perfect place for a romantic dinner or celebrations of all kinds, an area that stands out for its atmosphere and the elements that decorate it. If you want to delve into the depths of the Japanese cuisine, “El Sushi” is the place for you, or if you are looking for elegance and a vintage touch we will  be waiting for you at “El Salon”.

In all these places you will find exquisite dishes, with influences from the Italian, Spanish and Japanese cuisines. Some of the newest dishes that you can try this season at La Dispensa are the  whole-wheat Ravioli  “a la norma”, the Gnocchis with prawns, zucchini and saffron sauce and the Taglierini with prawns, zucchini and cherry tomatoes.
