Mango Smoothie with Turmeric | IbizaFoodie

Turmeric is a great anti-inflammatory. And very helpful to prevent and treat Alzheimer’s disease.
And the smoothie also has cinnamon, helps with diabetes and regulate the sugar levels.
Finally, mango and pineapple are source of a lot of vitamins, rich in fiber and antioxidants.
2 cups frozen mango, cubed
1 cup frozen or fresh pineapple, chopped
¾ cup filtered room temperature water
5 oz plain fat free Greek, Icelandic, or coconut yogurt
½ tsp ground turmeric
½ tsp ground cinnamon
How to do it:
In a blender, combine all of the ingredients until well blended and smooth. Top with fruits if you want.
