The restaurant that everyone talks about is located at Hard Rock Hotel Ibiza and has the genious of 6 internationally-class chefs that adds a total of 10 Michelin stars. Sublimotion premieres its sixth season in Ibiza by Paco Roncero, who says that this project has been “a fusion of high end cuisine and cutting-edge technology developed over two years by a team of professionals from different sectors: chefs, designers, engineers, illusionists, set designers, architects, choreographers and screenwriters.”
In summary, the restaurant under the seal of “the most expensive in the world” is an experience not suitable for all budgets but it is definitely worth living once in a lifetime.
In second place we find the famous restaurant Lío of Pachá group. It opened its doors in 2011, creating a modernized version of dinner with show and combining restaurant, bar, cabaret and club, all facing lush views of Ibiza Port and Dalt Vila.
For those who want to treat themselves but still budget-conscious gourmets, they can choose Etxeko Ibiza, in the recently opened Bless Hotel Ibiza by Palladium Hotel Group.

Last but not least, it is worth mentioning Heart, which opened in 2015 by brothers Ferrán and Albert Adriá with the company of the founder of Cirque du Soleil, Guy Laliberté.
