The season of sangria has already begun… and our country is unique for it, no matter the terrace you go you will always see someone taking a sangria.

But I do not know if you have noticed that it has become a trend and you can indulge in all colors, mixtures and flavors, here we leave different versions of this refreshing drink so you can surprise your friends this summer.

Sangria of cava  

Cava sangria has become the star drink of the summer, more demanded than traditional sangria, and the combination that makes is incredible.

  •  2 juice oranges
  •  1 bottle of cava
  • Cointreau (to taste)
  • Brandy (to taste)
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • Sugar
  • 1 peach
  • 1 kiwi
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 orange
  • 10 strawberries
  • Ice


Sangria of white wine and cava  


They call it White sangria , shows us how to make the same traditional sangria for white wine lovers.

  • 2 apples
  •  2 peaches.
  • 1 liter of white wine.
  • 1 liter of orange juice.
  •  ½ liter of cava.
  •  200 gr. of sugar.
  •  Ice.


Sangría of white wine with mint  


Lemon and mint is one of the most refreshing combinations for the summer, this recipe will take you in a blink of an eye.


  • 1 bottle of white wine
  • 1 sliced lemon
  • 1 sliced file
  • 10 mint leaves
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar


Sangría de te   


The tea is perfect for purifying and refreshing, this combination of, with fruit tea that we love for the summer. Very simple to do at home.
  • 4 glasses of iced tea (uses a fruity taste like passion fruit)
  • 2 glasses of white wine • Honey or syrup (heat it and it will be easier to dissolve)
  • 2 glasses of fresh fruit (strawberries, nectarines and mangoes)


Sangría of sparkling wine 


Oh the sparkling wine gas, as we like that refreshing touch that gives the sangria, perfect for summer. Follow the recipe for

  • 1 bottle of white wine
  • 2 peaches
  • 2 kiwis
  • 1 glass of strawberries or raspberries
  • Mint leaves
  • 3 spoonfuls of sugar
  • 1 bottle of sparkling wine

Like cava, cider is also a product of our land and what better than to indulge with it. For this we have been guided by the homemade recipe of an Asturian,

  • 1 glass of orange juice
  • 1 glass of apple juice
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar

  • 1 apple
