Vegans also can enjoy the taste of good burger and after eating what we are doing today, you’ll figure out that meat can be replaced.
It’s very easy to do and flavor is stunning!
To prepare the “meat” you need:
– 200gr Chickpea
– 2 cans of sweet corn
– 2 Carrots
– Garlic powder
– Coco Flour
– Sweet Pepper
– Half red pepper
And to create your burger, you’ll always need:
– Cheddar cheese
Preparing the meat is a little slow but it worth it.
Are you ready to prepare your first vegan burger?
In the mixer add the chickpeas, sweet corn, carrots until you get a dough. Put it in a bowl and mix it with some parsley, garlic powder, coco flour and cumin (3 soup spoon each). Cut the red pepper in small dices and add it too. Still mixing. And finally complete with a soup spoon of sweet pepper and pepper.
Now give the shape to the dough making round burgers, grill it 10-15 minutes and be careful to don’t burn them.
The meat is ready, you just have to mount the “Vegan Burger”
