To all the chefs and gourmet restaurantes, the most important is to support agriculture to get fresh products. Without it, they can’t make quality dishes. A good restaurante needs fresh vegetables, fresh fish, fresh meat and fresh milk. We have to work on using authentic flavours in the kitchen, always.
